Timothy Chan (Tim)

Instructor Designations: Class 5/7 GLP (practical) | GLT (theory)

Tim is the owner and lead instructor of Little Mouse Driving School, proudly serving Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, and Coquitlam. 

Fluent in English and Cantonese, he brings a lifelong passion for driving—especially off‑road and performance vehicles with manual transmissions—into every lesson.

Beyond instruction, Tim enjoys hiking, camping, badminton, piano, and spending time with friends. A devoted dog lover, he also operates a dog grooming business. He’s an enthusiastic collector of 1:18 diecast model cars and 1:200 scale aircraft.

Tim’s early defensive‑driving training inspired him to become an instructor and share his expertise with new drivers. He teaches in his Nissan Versa Note, affectionately known as Little Mouse.

 As a Licensed Instructor with Class 5/7 GLP (practical) and GLT (theory) designations, Tim integrates key classroom concepts—such as driver behavior, risk management, and personal responsibility—directly into his in‑car lessons. Students learn not only how to follow road rules and operate a vehicle, but also how to drive confidently, defensively, and responsibly for the long term.
